Authentic dim sum and Chinese, Japanese and Thai fusion cuisine is what we do well. We’ve two floors of kitchens, one dedicated to making fresh dim sum daily, so you can be assured of the best and certainly tastiest dim sum in Chinatown. More the 60 options are handmade by seven dedicated dim sum chefs every day. Specialities include Shanghai style pork and crabmeat dumplings, egg yolk custard buns, crispy roasted pork puff pastry, scallops and spinach dumplings and crispy grilled eel cheung fun.
For à la carte, we’ve over 80 different dishes prepared by 12 chefs in their dedicated floor of the kitchen. We serve a delicious menu of Chinese, Japanese and Thai fusion dishes from the traditional to the modern, and some of our own such as pumpkin prawn. Other specialities include traditional favourites such as chicken and Chinese sausage with clay pot rice and Kung Po chicken.
